iodoral?

I don't know if you can or should, but I would NOT want to take it straight.

Even diluted in too little water, it burns my throat doing down.

This may sound silly but I was reading online how to take lugols orally and many site stated " do not use this medication if it turns brownish-yellow". Well that is how I would describe liquid iodine's color. I'm confused. www.cpmedical.net They are out of the Iodoral and won't have it for 2-3 weeks.

That IS the colour of Lugol's. I just got two new bottles from the pharmacy yesterday and it's that colour as it always is. It is not always exactly the same colour, but that is the only way I would describe it. Kathleen

Lugol's is brownish and will leave a yellowish stain if you spill it.
