Hi

My little guy takes the iodine with little problem. He's not so big on the

salt.

Should I just put it in his food? Do people mix IT into juice?

Any neat tricks?

I make a lemonade and the kids love it. I put 1/4 - 1/2 tsp sea salt in a 12 oz

glass with half a lemon or lime and 6-7 drops of stevia (we can't have sugars

but you could use honey). I put it in their lunch.

I have added it to OJ. I do use it liberally in their food as well. My kids eat it out of dipping cups.

If he is old enough, try putting it in the mini sized gelatin capsules.

You could try letting him dip veggies in the salt, also salt on apples slices or

orange slices is quite good.
