Thank you for the Heads Up, Baxrox.

Barbara:

Absolutely the iodine protocol is compatible with LDN. You should be

taking all the companion nutrients, though, in order for the body to be

able to get rid of the detox byproducts that the iodine releases.

If I were in your shoes I would start with 50mg/day and quickly ramp up to

100mg/day and higher up to 250mg/day. Lugol's or Iodoral is the form to

use, which provides the entire body with both types of iodine that it uses

directly. I have previously posted the ebay source I trust for Lugol's,

far less expensive than any other source I've found.

Since you are having physical symptoms, I would hesitate to suggest you

self-treat. You need to be seen by a doctor.

If you insist on not seeing a doctor, it is extremely important to get your

iodine intake up to 250mg/day as quickly as possible and keep it there.

Depending on the advice of a internet mailing list for acute

life-threatening disorders is not ideal nor advisable. You are responsible

for your own choices. I would wish for you to have medical support in your

life.

wishing you most well,
