Guest guest
Tincture has alcohol in it, & I don't think that would be good in delicate mucous membranes.AnneOn Mar 17, 2011, at 11:35 AM, baxrox wrote: RE: > To the person who suggested put Lugol's in the sinus wash. I don't have any but do have tinture of iodine. Would that work or is that still considered ingesting? I do have colloidal silver and am trying that in a sprayer. Personally I wouldn't use tincture of iodine in a sinus wash - only Lugol's & saline. I have used colloidal silver in the past as well. I do not know if it is antiviral/antibacterial/antifungal/antiparasitic like iodine is. > > > > Yes it is common to have detoxing through the sinus cavity. Are you using the supporting nutrients? I'm a "sinus-y" person to begin with, but it's like the Iodine goes on a 'detox field day' in my left sinus cavity. Clearly, the yucky stuff needs to go but I'm wondering -- has anyone else heard of (or experienced) this? > > > > Any idea why? Any suggestions to make the process easier? Guest guest
When I started using iodoral at 12.5 and 25, I had a lot of post-nasal draining... for days. Since then, my head consistently feels much less clogged and foggy! It was like a veil over my thinking went away! I used to be very susceptible to sinus infections but do not get them as we have been eating cleaner and healthier due to my daughter's allergies. I also do very little dairy. I do have colloidal silver and am trying that in a sprayer. If anyone is interested, the SinuPulse is a dream. So much easier to deal with than a Neti Pot. FWIW, I believe you can also have it covered under insurance because it's a medical device. I didn't know about that when I bought it. http://www.amazon.com/SinuPulse-Elite-Advanced-Irrigation-System/dp/tags-on-product/B001CWT4JI Thank you everyone. > > Yes it is common to have detoxing through the sinus cavity. Guest guest
thank you for posting this. glad to know I have something to look forward to... our two boys have colds now too... If it's part of the overall detox and they'll feel better later, it will be worth the few days (?) it takes to process. thank you From: Teel <caalde@...>iodine Sent: Thu, March 17, 2011 12:55:06 PMSubject: Re: Re: very strange symptom -- ??
