Hi Folks

I just posted a start to an iodine blog. There are two posts at this point.

One, I wrote (and please feel free to tell me of mistakes I may have made,

either factually or just in clarity). I found a study from 1947 in which

soldiers under hot, hard work conditions were found to do very well with 88mg of

iodine/day for over a month.

The second post is a link to an article quoting several doctors, including Dr.

Abraham on the need for iodine and the risk of deficiency.

I plan to post the history of Lugol's at some point, as well as some of the info

from this site.

So, take a look, leave a comment with your own stories if you wish (I'd better

make sure we're set up for comments...)

Jaye
