Guest guest
Hi I got interested in iodine last year because I eat sea salt and not table salt. I bought some that is: 1mg natural iodine 400mg sea-iodine complex blend (italian bladderwrack, icelandic kelp, nova scotian kelp, nova scotian dulse) not sure if this is in addition to the 1mg or if the 1mg comes from this 400mg... Unfortunately it gave me acne so I stopped taking it. But based on posts I read here, 1 mg doesn't seem like a high dose. Iodine has a long half life, so I thought I'd try taking these once a week. Or is there another form that is intrinsically better? Would this do anything for radiation or are there certain types of iodine for that? Thanks!
