Yes kookie. I take Iodoral and the companion nutrients. I refuse to take any other meds. from IllinoisFrom: furstc0404 <furstc0404@...>iodine Sent: Sun, March 20, 2011 12:34:15 PMSubject: Anyone success with only using Vits &

Supps ++???

Am looking for those who can't take take Armour,

Thyroxine, cortisone, etc... only able to perhaps

tolerate Iodine, vits and supps, and herbs or other?

If so, have you been helped? Which were ones were most

helpful to you? And how long have you been taking those??

Many thanks,

kookie

I am this way. I cannot tolerate the prescription meds at all. I feel weird and

sometimes sick on them and the doses are always needing to be changed. I am done

with prescription meds, period.

I only take 12.5 mg of Lugol's and other natural herbs and vitamins now daily. I

feel so much better! I have the energy to take care of my 19 month old and 4

month old now which I had such a hard time even waking up in the morning before

I had kids, which was before I took iodine. If I didn't have iodine now I would

not be able to do as well as I do with the kids and lack of sleep now!

I have been on Lugol's for over a year now. I just this month started selenium

and that has helped with the iodine even more. I take a multi daily and herbs

when I need them for different ailments. I also love Dr Hagiwara's Green magma

powder which I've been on for years. It's an organic powder of concentrated

green food. And I've been taking Amazing Grass brand Green Super Food. That has

really helped me fight off winter colds. It has all kinds of organic and natural

whole foods in it.

I hope that helps!
