Guest guest
No you do not need to get it under control. High RT3 can be a sign of one or a combo of the following: 1. Toxic liver 2. High Cortisol 3. Poor Diet 4. Stress I took Dr. Brownstein's TLC product for my high RT3 and it came down 100 pts in 6 weeks. www.purezenhealth.com is where you can get it. Guest guest
Hi , I am on t3 only for high reverse t3 - rt3 has cleared but I haven't switched back to armour because I am worried rt3 will come right back. Can the TLC product be taken with t3? Should I wait to start iodine until I am off t3? If the problem is a toxic liver (I have gallbladder issues) should I also wait to start iodine and do you have any suggestions for the liver/gallbladder? Thank you so much, > > No you do not need to get it under control. High RT3 can be a sign of one or a combo of the following: > > 1. Toxic liver > 2. High Cortisol > 3. Poor Diet > 4. Guest guest
There is a liver gallbladder flush protocol in the files. I did that last January and it really helped. It is up to you what you would feel comfortable doing. If it were me I would take the iodine and take the TLC to support the liver and cleanse it. I personally do not believe in taking T3 because it doesn't address the issue. That is why I opted to stay on Nature-throid and cleanse my liver. Guest guest
Liver Cleanse is almost always a great idea! I've personally done them and put my nutritional clients on them for 25 years. Guest guest
Thanks and Surya! I will look into both. Sounds like I can take TLC even when on t3. I was very sick when I switched over from armour to t3 only. I am also on cortef and florinef. I was put on thyroid hormone without adrenal support a few years ago when my adrenals were shot and I almost died. It's been a long slow road of getting somewhat in balance - supporting the adrenals and thyroid, getting ferritin levels up (they were at 10), etc etc. I am trying to find the next step to improve my health. I just wasn't sure if I could take iodine with the t3 only. From the files I read that nascent iodine isn't helpful for clearing out bromides, etc. I don't understand with the others why one is better than another - lugols/iodoral(iodine & iodide) vs iosol (iodine only) vs potassium iodide? If you could point me to any articles I should read or give me an idea I would really appreciate it. I don't know which one I should try first. Again, thanks so much, > > > > No you do not need to get it under control. High RT3 can be a sign of one or a combo of the following: > > > > 1. Toxic liver > > 2. High Cortisol > > 3. Guest guest
, Do you keep strict track of your diet...everything you eat and drink, the amounts, the times, and how you feel from each? That is one definite place to start from. Do you exercise at all? What is your job? What is your life like? How old are you? How did you get to this place of non-optimal health in the first place?
