I'm on 6 caps a day for any kind of unseen inflammation issue. Love the stuff.

of work it has to do. In addition, I feed it turmeric every day to protect it.

selenium and B2, B3, I am thinking of lowering my daily intake of antioxydents

from other sources. Apparently, B3 in doses over a certain amount calls for

checking for liver enzymes.

seed extract, grape skin extract, pine bark extract and resveratrol. I will

continue Ubiquinol regardless since I consider it a core nutrient for someone my

age. So as I begin the Iodine program I will diminish the amounts of other

antioydents and emphasize, that is use the maximum suggested amounts, of the

suggested support nutrients.

my liver less to deal with during the Iodine program.

Where do you get your turmeric? My husband has ankle issues (bone on bone) and

he gets such inflammation. He cooks with turmeric, but I think capsules would be

good since he suffers quite a bit.

Thank you,

Sally

I got my most recent batch from Swansons.  They are a reputable company.

If you are in UK try www.naturesbest.co.uk. Their site is down today for "VAT maintenance" but will be back on line tomorrow. They do allergen free, high strength turmeric, which I take for my inflammation issues.

I was thinking of just the regular turmeric at Swanson's.

They have extracts but the whole herb sounds good to me. Their code # SW1075 for

instance.

The Iodine and its support nutes will demand processing so a little extra liver

protection would be a good idea. In addition turmeric is an antioxydent, which,

apparently, is also relevant during the protocol.

I'll keep on mixing some into my almond butter even after I add the capsules.

Be well,
