From Alkaline to Acid

When I read your post, I went to check my own reading (which I very

rarely do these days). It's early morning, nothing else has gone

into my mouth, and I am definitely detoxing, with severe pain deep

in the bone of my lower right leg (where I have very high deposits

of heavy metals). I am still alkaline, but the strip seemed slower

to register and not as deep and true a blue color as I usually get.

So, my guess is that your acidity is due to detoxing, and mine may

be less affected because I have been so very strongly alkaline for

so many years.

I haven't changed much of anything other than take the

supporting nutes with low dose (5mg) of Iodine and yet my

ph strips show I've gotten acid. Is that from detox ?
