My daughter Tyra is failing every course in sixth grade in the Nordonia

Hills School System. She was suspected of a learning disability and has

been tested and the results were negative. However, she is still having

problems and the school does not seem to have a strategy in order to help

her since that time so basically I am literally watching my daughter fail.

My question to the mothers out there is " Is there a state law that states if

a school cannot help my child to excel -- Can I as a mother request that the

school put her into a private school which can better accommodate her

academic needs? I am at wits end and I do not know what to do. Any

consideration give me would be greatly appreciated and thanks for listening.
