I'm sure the cod liver oil was made before the nuclear stuff happened. I would be more worried about products being made from there in the next few years to come. Also I'm sure they wouldn't process the cod liver oil knowing it could be contaminated. That is if they have stringent rules when processing the stuff. from IllinoisFrom: <jennifer6g@...>To:

I believe it comes from Norway or at least northern Europe. It is a good

question and if anyone knows of which brands to be concerned with it would be a

great public service to post. Also effected would be Kelp and other sea

vegtables.

After I googled, I found Russians were used to dump nuclear waste into the Artic

Ocrean. It seems to me that this is more frightening than Japan's disaster.

I know that Shaklee does very extensive testing of their Omega-3

supplements.  I think you have to dig deeply into each company to

find out...
