Guest guest
A good article with good information in general, but just to clarify: painting a small patch on the foot is not nearly enough iodine intake to accomplish what we're after-- the author doesn't know about the debunked Wolff-Chaikoff effect and seems to still believe small doses are " safer " , which is of course completely untrue. Also untrue is that our diets have adequate iodine in them if only we weren't exposed to bromides. Other than that, very good ideas. -- At 02:16 PM 1/4/2011, you wrote: >Hello, > >I particularly like what is written about four days on and four days off >to let the body rest, especially for children. Guest guest
Maybe there isn't a bromide problem in Thailand? I think he wrote on a different post that the feet are a good place to paint because of the pores making it quick for transport, not for safety reasons, per se. I know of one guy who says paint the butt because it is fatty. Who knows. People have their ideas.
