Guest guest
It seems like most of those consuming higher dosages are using Iodoral. Why not use Lugols ? Is one more absorbed than the other ? Is Iodoral safer in higher amounts ? I have been looking into Vit C and there are a lot more options than I thought. If I understand what I have been reading, then it seems that at the amount suggested the C will oxidize the toxins in addition to acting as an antioxydent. One expert prefers the regular ascorbic acid because of the " ascorbic " effect. What that means I do not know. Since I don't tolerate more than a gram or 2 of the regular ascorbic acid I will mix it up with some calcium ascorbate (Vit C) which is not acid..or not as much as the regular one. I reading up I found that there is even a form of Vitamin C that is fat soluble. Be well,
