Guest guest
In this group, Idoral and Lugols'is the best iodine supplemts out there with their being studies in ,the Field followed by the iodine supplement part of the protocal so that this iodine is eventually going to work in your body. Selium. vitamn c and D and some of the B vitamins. that are needs to utilize the iodine plus with salt loading, 1/2 t. of hymalian salt, anthing that insisted bunch salt, and drinking copious amounts of water after salt loading will do more benefit to detox the bromide and toxins that helps push these poisons out of out body cells so Iodine is more ficilitet in pusing these poisons out of your bodies cells. Once that is done iodine will go into other organs in your body where is will only benefit. You will go thorough detoxins in your body from pissing these halides and bromide out of your body through skin and urinary passage ways. We are always full bromids becasue they are all-in your enviroments but it will get easier and easier as times go by but you need to be consistant everyday with this. Eventually after 6 months or longer you will feel the best benefits from doing this. Some take more time that others but from experice it isn't somthing you truely are going to be rid of these toxzins for a few months and they make your mind about it. Most likely we will alwasys have to take iodine the rest of our lives because bromide always have iodine in in my lifeHope this helps. from IllinoisFrom: D. <parisd2002@...>iodine Sent: Sun, January 9, 2011 3:35:29 AMSubject: Taking sea-iodine 1000mcg hello, I am new to this group and new to iodine, Is it a good idea to take Sea-Iodine at 1000mcg per day during 2 months without knowing if I have any deficienty in iodine, just as a supplement. Guest guest
Lugol's in liquid form or in tablet form (Iodoral) is the best form to take. 50mg is now being recommended as the minimum most need daily. Read the new members file document and all you can on the Iodine group site. Make sure you take the companion nutrients as well. 1000mcg of iodine is hardly worth taking. Guest guest
There is no risk in taking iodine-- the idea that there is any risk is a myth of Western medicine. Everyone is basically deficient in iodine because it's very hard to get in the diet, plus the bromides, chlorine, and fluoride that we are all swimming in on the earth now displace and block the functioning of iodine from the body. So we all need a lot more than any humans ever did before. Be sure to read the New Members doc. -- >Lugol's in liquid form or in tablet form (Iodoral) is the best form to >take. 50mg is now being recommended as the minimum most need daily. Guest guest
Hello , What do you mean by " make sure you take the companion nutrients as well " ? Also 1000mcg is 1mg, I have read that we can take up to 50mg daily, so the dose of 1000mcg that I initially though to be quite high is in fact quite low, correct ? Guest guest
Denis - The companion nutrients are listed in the new member document (You should have received a link to this when you joined - and is located in the files of the group under New Member Info). People have been known to take doses as high as 200 - 300 mgs when fighting cancer. Guest guest
The companion nutrients are unrefined sea salt, magnesium, selenium, and Vit C. The quantities are outlined in the New Member doc that you received when you joined this list, plus it is sent out periodically to all members, and it is available in the Files section of the list website (link at the bottom of every email to " visit your group " . I'm attaching the doc here. Yes, 1000mcg is only 1mg of iodine, not a large dose at all. -- >Hello , > >What do you mean by " make sure you take the companion nutrients as well " ? > >Also 1000mcg is 1mg, I have read that we can take up to 50mg daily, so the >dose of 1000mcg that I initially though to be quite high is in fact quite >low, correct ? > >Denis > > > > > > > > There is no risk in taking iodine-- the idea that there is any risk is a > > myth of Western medicine.
