hi,I have started t3 in January but have my doubts if it really is the only way to fix rt3. I do not feel well, either because of adrenals not stabilized enough on HC or my iron too low. anyway this is not an easy way because I have difficulties interpreting my body. I have all kinds of symptoms and take all kinds of supplements but don't really know what to change to feel better.I also started iodine about 3weeks ago but am afraid to build up too fast, now I'm at 18mg of Iodoral.I would consider Erfa or alike if I knew it works.
