Guest guest
Hello, I have been reading the info on Iodine4Health on " Effects of Iodine Deficiency on the Thyroid " . There is a section that states that there is an Increase in the serum T3/T4 ratio, and a citing of 185, 188. I would like to know where the 185,188 reference for this information comes from, because I would like to share it with my dr. I started iodine in the past three months after stopping my thyroid meds in December, with very interesting results. One of the things I have been trying to understand is why over the past 8 years, no matter what dose of thyroid meds I have been on my T4 is always way at the bottom or just out of range, while my T3 is low to mid range. The above information was quite a " eureka " !
