I have had great luck with Povidone Iodine, 10% Topical Solution, Walgreens Apothecary Brand. Be careful, it does stain.

It has worked like magic on my ears, inside and outside. They really hate that iodine. Seemed like every day, they moved to a different spot. Luckily, that has pretty much stopped in my ears. They are doing that in my scalp now. I want them out now. I don¢t know if they are coming out of me or my environment.

Last couple days had success applying up my nose with a Q-tip. After a little while, I want to blow my nose. I blew a big black spot out tonight. Yech! But it helped me feel so much better.

It helped to end that sick feeling I get behind my eyes. Do any of you get that, almost like the flu? Brain fog is always really bad. Anyway, using iodine like this on my nose cleared that sick feeling up for me pretty quick.

And I have never had sinus problems before in my life, believe it or not!

Hope I remember to use the iodine the next time!

Remind me, ok? LOL

Hello Sajjad,I am taking 3 drops of Thyadine, which is seemingly iodine in a colloidal form. Each drop is 150mcg.Previoulsy I had been taking Lugols Solution again 3 drops where 2 drops were 12.5 mg.I don't paint any iodine on my thyroid, perhaps it would help to penetrate the skin.Today I spoke to my sister who is feeling very strongly that I should have the surgery, I am very happy to look around and find all possible alternatives as I don't want to lose my thyroid and go through the radioactive iodine treatment. After the conversation it feels as if my tumor is twice the size. Any ideas welcome,KatrinaFrom: Sajjad Ansari <sajjadansari@...>iodine Sent: Tue, 29 March, 2011 20:09:43Subject: Iodine Recommendation

The amounts you are taking, Katrina, are not enough to address your thyroid

ca. You need to get your iodine intake up to 100mg/day and take all of the

companion nutrients at the specified amounts. If you give the iodine a

chance, it will change your disease. Most thyroid ca grows very slowly, so

you can afford the time (unless you have been dx'd with a rare type). If

you give the iodine protocol a chance, you'll be stronger afterward. If

you go to the surgery, you will fight for your health afterward because of

how much the surgery takes from the body, including the engine of our

metabolism, the thyroid.

You can take the iodine once a day, or break up the dose into 2 times. You

can paint Lugol's as often as you want. I would suggest twice daily as a

starting point. You could also use SSKI to paint the thyroid with, which

is clear.

does this help, Saj?
