Hello everyoneCould you please share with me what you know about or any links to supplementing with iodine etc... during pregnancy.I am looking into this info for a 20 year old healthy woman who is about 10 weeks pregnant.She knows very little about holistic health and supplements but is interested in it.

Also,I do not have Lugol's or Iodoral but do have detoxified iodine that I could give her.All the best to you allEstair
