Ask the seller to tell you what's in that solution. Many call it "Lugol's" and it does not have Iodine and Potassium Iodide. I see it says 15% solution. Lugol's here comes in 2%, 5% and sometimes 7% solution.

I have not heard of taking iodine with ACV. It works just fine w/o.

Sometimes Lugol's is called 15% because it is 5% iodine, 10% potassium iodide, and 85% water;  so it's a 15% solution.

That makes sense I guess. It would still be nice to see milligram dosing.

Yes, but that is incorrect for how Lugol's has always been identified from

it's invention. Nevertheless, if they say 5 drops equals about 32mg,

that's a 5% solution in the traditional identification system.

Have you purchased this Lugol's? What is in the bottle, crystals in two

different colors? I'm perplexed how it is that they can leave it to the

buyer to add water when Lugol's is a two-step process.

I reformed your question and sent it to the company. This is his answer. Is it

ok then?

Hi Susa,

The bottle contains both Potassium Iodide and Iodine in the

correct ratio to make a 5% solution when sufficient water is added and yes it is

a two part process.

Yes I Have several times. The cristals are in the bottle and they explain how to add the water and let it sit 24h before use.

I attach the notice that comes with it.

I didn't feel a difference when I used this lugol's or the one I order ready made from Utopia Silver in US.

I order my " Lugol's " in crystal form too from Health In-Sync. There are

directions for mixing. It takes a couple of days for the iodine part to

dissolve but it's not difficult to do.
