Jen, I take a whey protein supplement that among other aminos, supplys over 1150mg l-tyrosine per day. I've taken it for over 18 months and would say with no hesitation, I'm in better shape now then when I started. I cycle off a week out of every eight but I do that with all my supplements, just because.
