I know that a lot of people have Raynaud's syndrome along with thyroid problems. I know I do. I read to use magnesium oil on the wrists daily. I did this and in two weeks my Raynaud's vanish, but if I forget it comes back. I do this in the evening before bed and in the morning. I was shocked that anything could really cure my Raynaud's. The other day I took a walk into the field next door in the snow. No gloves. No Raynaud's. Not that gloves ever worked anyway. What a blessing this is.

Where do you purchase Magnesium oil? I

believe I also have Raynaud’s and it does run in our family. I’m excited to try

this!

Thank you!

http://www.bulkreefsupply.com/store/checkout/cart/ Seeing as how it is an aquarium supply online place, it's probably cheaper than most. It comes

in crystal form and you add water to it; very simple and easy and saves you much $. BTW, I am not taking any money from anyone in recommending this site; I've ordered my mag oil crystals from them without a problem so far, so am recommending them.

That's definitely a good price. For those who really want it already

liquified, www.swansonsvitamins.com has a price that is far better than

Ancient Minerals and the magnesium chloride is taken from the same source

in Europe.

We don't know what the ratio is of water to mag chloride flakes. You might

want to buy a small bottle of the mag oil from Swanson's to check out the

consistency and match it with your own.

And yes, there is no oil in mag oil. All it is is mag chloride flakes and

water. It's called oil because it feels slippery like oil.

WATER: If you make your own, DO NOT use tap water. You really don't want

to be putting chloride, fluoride, and whatever other toxins in your mag

oil. Get a gallon of distilled water or something.

Hi Jaxi, thanks for the info. I do have Raynaud's and my toes get ice cold even

in bed and even with uggs on. So I hope it will help my toes.

160 grams magnesium chloride to 100 grams water; then add up to about 30 gms water until dissolved. It does't have to be exact. We have used this recipe for making mag oil and bought our mag crystals from the bulk reef place for about 5 months; it has worked wonderfully. I've even used it on my horse's sore leg and it has helped ALOT. This is the cheapest way to do it and you can control how strong or weak you want it to be. Aquarium supply houses often have great deals like this and with all the other supplements you have to buy it could be alot of $.

Any questions, feel free to email me. ArielOn Thu, Jan 20, 2011 at 11:18 PM, Baker <vbaker@...> wrote:
