Hope you don't mind a bit of shameless promotion but I thought I'd at

least mention my new book, Act Early Against Autism, but I am from

Lorain.

The book debuts March 4, 2008. It traces the arc of my journey--the

four worst years of my life--to recover my now 8-year-old son Leo

from autism. Endorsers include Dr. T. Berry Brazelton, Autism Speaks

cofounder Bob , and best-selling author Dr. Temple Grandin. Dr.

Fred R. Volkmar, director of the Yale Child Study Center, wrote the

foreword.
