I was completely wiped out yesterday with sinus/detox symptoms. One kind person suggested pulsing, while another suggested increasing my dosage to 50 mg (which I just can't imagine doing based on how I felt yesterday).

a) does anyone have a recommendation for how you get started (pulsing vs big dosage) besides the companion supplements which I am already taking.

I am also taking 15mg Armour and 10Mg Cytomel 3x per day -- would this be exacerbating my symptoms?

thank you for posting this. glad to know I have something to look forward to... our two boys have colds now too... If it's part of the overall detox and they'll feel better later, it will be worth the few days (?) it takes to process. thank you

When I started using iodoral at 12.5 and 25, I had a lot of post-nasal draining... for days. Since then, my head consistently feels much less clogged and foggy! It was like a veil over my thinking went away! I used to be very susceptible to sinus infections but do not get them as we have been eating cleaner and healthier due to my daughter's allergies. Just take the iodine and companion nutrients 5 days and then take two days off from iodine but continue with the companion nutrients.

I just learned, that increasing my Nature-throid, helped with the detox symptoms of Iodine. I've been going slow. I started with the 12.5 Iodoral months back. I got detox symptoms but had worked up to 25 to 37.5 per day without too much trouble. . I changed to Lugols today, with 2 drops of 5%, which is suppose to equal 12.5, and had detox symptoms again . The Nature-throid helped.

Does anyone else feel/see a difference between Lugols & Iodoral?
