do not tolerate magnesium oxide and no Mg-citrate. I take a small amount of

magnesium chlorides. The charcoal binds water and prevents me from diarrhea,

otherwise I would have to quit taking salt..

Last summer I felt very well during several weeks while taking quite large

amounts of sea saltl, but suddenly I could no longer tolerate it; I do not know

why.
