They couldn't tell us when I called today - said a truck was bringing more today and they would be filling orders in the order they were received. If and when it arrives, I'd like to switch to Iodoral from Lugol's since I seem to have a harder time with Lugol's (even though Lugol's seems to help me more). I considered adding it to the Lugol's but wasn't sure how to do that. We are getting the 12.5 mg tablets and I am currently taking 12.5 mg Lugol's. Should I maybe back off on the Lugol's a little bit and add a tablet of Iodoral? How would I do this? In reality, I want the protection of the iodine from whatever form I can get it but I tolerate Iodoral better but seem to benefit more from Lugol's so I don't really want to stop one in favor of the other.
