5% solution is 6.25 mgs, 2% solution is about 3 mgs and 1% solution is about 1.5 mgs / drop. I applied it directly no dilution. I never measured it out. I just used a watercolor brush and smeared it on. If you have Fibro breasts I would recommend taking Iodoral or Lugol's internally as well.

Hi,I bought Lugol at 1% (because they don't have 5%) and I want to know how many drops should I put on my breasts with 1%?Do I have to diluate it with water or should I apply pure ?I have fribrocystic breasts.Thank you,

My fibrocystic breasts lumps went away taking 50 mg internally for 3-4 months. I never got around to applying lugols t externally. I had those lumps since diet coke for a few months in early 20s nearly 30 years back. 70% of women have them and I wonder how much is from diet foods. Pam
