Guest guest
I'm trying the Redmond's real salt along with my 1 mg iodine to see if I can get past the acne issue. One day I did it several times, but the last couple days just 1-2 times. Since I started I have been gassy and loose. Is that something others have experienced? I have not " added " any of the things (such as magnesium) because I already take all those. So nothing else has changed. Thanks
Guest guest
Salt has never affected me that way. I can't see any reason why it would but perhaps somebody else knows. Guest guest
I don't know about this question-- I've never heard of that happening. However, I did want to mention that if you are having acne in response to iodine that means your detox pathways are clogged so the bromides are coming out through your skin. You should back off the iodine some and soak your dose, while working on your detox pathways. -- >Salt has never affected me that way. Guest guest
It could be something you ate in your diet. Certain types of Magnesium can cause that also. from IllinoisFrom: Baker <vbaker@...>iodine Sent: Tue, March 22, 2011 10:22:09 PMSubject: Re: Re: Gas?
