Guest guest
I haven't done the liver flush yet...just trying to learn all I can first. From what I understand, the apple juice has the malic acid in it which softens any harder blockages in the liver and gallbladder so that they can pass more easily. Biochemist Linsey from Vitaroyal strongly recommends taking malic acid capsules for 10 days prior to the flush. I've heard this from other sources too, as just apple juice is not enough. I've heard that if the malic acid isn't done first it could be painful and even end up in emergency with gallbladder attack and docs would want to do surgery. I'm very interested in actual results too. I have not had so much energy in years!!!!! This is my first break to sit down today, I've been cleaning all day. I do take Naturethroid was at 2 and have been feeling a bit hyper so cut it to one, will see the dr shortly. Also, had started iodine last Septemberish and went up to 75, but have leveled off at 62.5. I'm sure that the iodine has kicked in and maybe a lot of toxins finally gone.> > > > I want to do a few more flushes and have read that it can help with thyroid function, does anyone know that? I've been wanting to do a flush too but was afraid to because of that stuck stone but I found a great solution for that other than apple juice. There is an herb mix called Gold Coin Grass (or Jin Qian Chao in Chinese) and I used it once I was released and the antibiotics didn't help me. It worked great and made me feel much better in under 24 hours. I'm not afraid to do a flush now and I even felt wonderful after taking the first dose, as if I'd done a flush already. Guest guest
Please remember to do the malic acid or apple juice for good ten days first. Some of those zillion stones can be an exact match to the tube draining down from your liver. THEN you are really sick and blocked liver is reallly really sick. I know it happened to me and surgeons don't tell you to take malic acid they just operate on you twice. Not fun and not that easy to recover from. Guest guest
I've been taking Malic Acid - 600mgs in the morning - instead of the apple juice, but am wondering if 600mgs is enough.I'm very encouraged by the success story and have been planning this for ages so will just get on with it next weekend.
