Guest guest
Thanks for this account. I've been feeling the exact same way. Putting it off. Reading about it instead of doing it. Waiting for the right time, not sure if it'll really help. So I really appreciate the story of how it went. I feel more interested in getting this done now. cheers, deborah > > Hi Everyone, > > I finally did a gallbladder/liver flush yesterday. I have not had so much energy in years!!!!! This is my first break to sit down today, I've been cleaning all day. I do take Naturethroid was at 2 and have been feeling a bit hyper so cut it to one, will see the dr shortly. Also, had started iodine last Septemberish and went up to 75, but have leveled off at 62.5. I'm sure that the iodine has kicked in and maybe a lot of toxins finally gone. > > I want to do a few more flushes and have read that it can help with thyroid function, does anyone know that? Guest guest
Hi , Did you do this flush because you suspected stones or for the overall health benefits? Glad it went well for you. Guest guest
What about the flush in the files section that calls for apple juice for 7 days first? Anyone done that yet? Seems similar to the one did but that sounds like it was only a 24 hr ordeal? > > > > Hi Everyone, > > > > I finally did a gallbladder/liver flush yesterday. Guest guest
Hi, I forgot that part. I took Magnesium maleate for 5 days first. > > What about the flush in the files section that calls for apple juice for 7 days first? Anyone done that yet? Guest guest
Hi Janet, I did it for general health, to clear toxins, I have not had any gallbladder or liver symptoms. It was suggested on this list and in the files. I have researched it quite a bit and there are so many things that can improve even the thyroid and allergies. I just wanted everyone who was in the same place as me, that it sounded really rough to know my experience. > > > Hi , > Did you do this flush because you suspected stones or for the overall health benefits? Guest guest
I second the recommendation for the GCG (gold coin grass). It crushes stones and it really works (so when you do the flush you will have a bunch of stone pieces which can pass easily). I've done both ways (malic acid too). I suppose if you want to you could do both, but you probably don't need to. GCG doesn't taste good; that's the only downfall. I'm pretty sure if you use GCG the rec. is to use it for a month prior to flush. It will make you feel better very quickly though even before flush. This is the site I got it at (and lots of other great info.): http://sensiblehealth.com/ Good luck! > > Hi Everyone, > > I finally did a gallbladder/liver flush yesterday. Guest guest
Interesting. I've been taking malic acid for years in the form of magnesium malate. > > > > > > Hi Everyone, > > > > > > I finally did a gallbladder/liver flush yesterday.
