Hi all!

I've been on Iodoral for a couple weeks now. I take it in the morning and feel

good till about 2-3p.m. Then it's like I hit a wall and lose all energy. This

did not happen to me before I started the Iodoral. I'm wondering if anyone else

experiences this and have any advice for me? I'm up to 1.5 pills and I do take

all supporting nutrients and the salt. I've tried taking one pill in the early

a.m. and then half a couple hours later. It doesnt seem to make a difference. I

didn't want to take any more in the afternoon because of people saying it could

keep you up at night. Any advice would be greatly appreciated! I wonder if its

the toxins leaving thats making me exhausted or that I run out of iodine by the

afternoon? Thanks so much in advance

This is how I upped my Iodoral. When I started feeling bad in the afternoon, I would take another Iodoral. Felt better within 30 min. I 'think' you are right, and the body runs out of iodine, it needs more thru out the day, and this is its way of telling you. I can take Iodoral late in the day without any problems sleeping.

I tried taking another half a pill this afternoon. I think it was a bad idea. I

felt a little tingle in my chest and it didnt help the fatigue. I'm on armour

and I think I may have to reduce that a bit. Have to wait till I get my

bloodwork done in a couple weeks.
