Hi Everyone,

I finally did a gallbladder/liver flush yesterday. I've been contemplating it

for a long time but I was really scared to do it.

I finally got the nerve and used the protocol taking the epsom salt 4 times 6pm,

8pm then the next 6am and 8am. The olive oil and lemon at 10pm after the two

doses of epsom.

It really was not bad, the first two doses of epsom went right down, I took a

bit of fresh lemon, (as if doing a tequila shot).

The olive oil and lemon went down fine, but they did cause a bit of very slight

nausea. The last two doses of epsom were a little harder because of the silght

nausea, but I managed them.

The fireworks began after the 3rd dose for me. It was explosive, but with no

pain whatsoever.

I believe it was successful, I did not use a sieve to catch the results, but I'm

sure I had several hundred mostly small with some larger " stones " or whatever.

I rested for the day yesterday and today I feel great. I have not had so much

energy in years!!!!! This is my first break to sit down today, I've been

cleaning all day. I do take Naturethroid was at 2 and have been feeling a bit

hyper so cut it to one, will see the dr shortly. Also, had started iodine last

Septemberish and went up to 75, but have leveled off at 62.5. I'm sure that the

iodine has kicked in and maybe a lot of toxins finally gone.

I want to do a few more flushes and have read that it can help with thyroid

function, does anyone know that? Also how long should I wait between flushes.

I was dx Hashimotos just about 2 years ago at 50.

Thanks and have a great day.
