A good place to start is to read the New Member doc. that you were sent when you joined . If you did not save it, then go to the home page, then click on FILES then New Member doc. Then click on Commonly Asked Questions. A lot of time has been spent to give members information that easy to read and understand. After reading the info, please feel free to ask questions. Kathleen

I would just like to get an education on iodine without having to finger through all these posts. Seems like I will have too educate myself. I have been told by many people to come here, and I must say I am flustered not getting any help.

Have you read the new members document?

I haven't seen a post if you posted asking for help. If your question was on the thyroid meds and iodine - needing less I answered that one. If you "piggy backed" your question on another post then that may be a reason why you didn't get an answer.

I would just like to get an education on iodine without having to finger through all these posts. Seems like I will have too educate myself. I have been told by many people to come here, and I must say I am flustered not getting any help.

God forbid that someone must take responsibility for their own destiny. You might want to think about getting a job in Washington DC. I have been a member of this group for three months and simply waited and read patiently this whole time before I asked my first question! This group is a Wealth Of Knowledge. You must be patient, read the new member docs, and learn from what others have to say. Give the information some time to sink in, this is a lifestyle change, not a fad diet. I think you will have to do what we have all done. you don't have

to read all the posts, just the basic info at the site. I started

on 50mg Iodoral and then added in companion nutrients and ATP

cofactors. it all worked well and now I am up to 100mg Iodoral.
