Guest guest
Hi , have you tried salt loading? That should really help your headache clear out. Sorry you are in pain, but yes, it’s a good sign you are detoxifying the halides most likely. Kathleen Iodoral side effects--headache Greetings salty types,I started Iodoral at 12.5 mg, one tablet, three days ago and have had a headache ever since. I do tend to be extremely sensitive to medications and supplements in general, I must admit.I am taking 400 mg Magnesium (more and I'm in trouble with the GI tract)Selenium: 200 mg, Vitamin C: 2000 mg (more and there's GI trouble), B-complex which includes the recommended amounts and ones on this site including folic acid, 1/2 t. unrefined sea salt.I'm gathering I need to increase the salt and drink more water, but is there anything else I can do about the headache? What will happen when I increase the dose? Bigger headache?Should I see this as a good sign?
Guest guest
Hi Jen Headaches can be a detox symptom: Here is a link to the Salt Loading Kathleen refers to. Its a lot of salt and a lot of water but it should help. http://www.breastcancerchoices.org/drshevin.html Also check to see what type of Magnesium you have. Many here apply Magnesium topically. Ive tried both and have settled on liquid magnesium chloride which I take internally and apply topically without problems.
