Guest guest
Hi Viv, and welcome. The best way to start is to go to FILES and then start reading all we have put there. Start with Group Guidelines, READ FIRST- New Members. click on that. Then click on Iodine New Member.doc, then Salt and the Iodine Protocol.doc. . The To do list for new members.txt is also very helpful. So go read and learn as much as you can on the site. I learn much from the daily email I get as well. You will learn much here that will help you. Best, Kathleen This is a large site. Hi AllI would like to start learning about ways to help my thyroid before I'm put on drugs. Guest guest
This IS a large site and takes quite awhile to chow it down. I do recommend the thyroidless group (even if you have a thyroid) as well as the natural thyroid group. Post your labs there and they will give feedback. You might want to start with one of those since you present with the thyroid issue. You'll still end up back here though--never fear. > > Hi All > > I would like to start learning about ways to help my thyroid before I'm put on drugs. My blood work says I'm borderline.
