Hello,

I have Hashimotos and have dealt with mild adrenal insfficiency for the last 3

months...took Isocort to help heal and lots of rest, and now ready to start

Iodine. I have multiple cysts and nodules on my thyroid and and slowly been

able to gets my labs in an acceptable range. I did the patch test and the

iodine was gone within 8 hours. I am having a hard time finding the specific

resources to help me in this process. How much do I start out with (Lugols

J.Crow 2%) and how long does one anticipate they take the iodine? What

supporting supplements should I take and do I take them together with the

iodine? Thank you for your help.
