Guest guest
Did you read the new members document (e-mailed to you and in the files of the group)? The stance of this group is written in that document. It is an excerpt from Dr. Brownstein's book. Buist, ND Owner Confused about taking Iodine while having Hoshimoto's I have been recently diagnosed with Hoshimoto's disease and I need to know if should be taking an Iodine supplement. I've read where the lack of iodine is probably why I got Hoshi but I should stay away from Iodine now that I have it. I've also read I should take Iodine but in very small doses and should have a doc monitor me closely through tests to make sure my body isn't getting too much. Does anybody have advice for me?
