Guest guest
Does anyone know if the iodine protocol is safe for diabetics? My sister is hypo and hoping to begin it. Another complication is that she donated a kidney years ago, and I am concerned if this will be a problem with her flushing out the toxins. Guest guest
It seems to be safe, but you have to be extremely careful, especially if you are on insulin. Dr. Flechas reports that his diabetic patients can often reduce or even eliminate their insulin and/or other diabetic medications when they go on the iodine protocol. Failure to reduce those medications appropriately could be quite dangerous. The potential for benefit seems enormous to me, but this is powerful medicine and has to be used carefully. The safest way would be with the help of an open-minded doctor. --- " jlegm " <jlegm@...> wrote: > Does anyone know if the iodine protocol is safe for diabetics? Guest guest
Diabetics can use the iodine protocol. I'm assuming she is a Type 2 diabetic. Is she on medication? How often does she test her blood sugar? Linn > > Does anyone know if the iodine protocol is safe for diabetics? My sister is hypo and hoping to begin it.
