I can only speak for myself , but I take msm powder in my morning yogurt and take Iodoral and the companion nutrients at the same time and I have seen no problems. But again, I can only speak for my experience. If you are concerned, you can google and see what you find. Let me know if I am doing the wrong thing =-). Kathleen

My daughter doesn't have any problems supplementing MSM while using iodine. I've been upping her dose slowly. On the other hand, I do. I'm one of those who seems to have problems doing more than one detox protocol at a time. My liver seems to get clogged. Debbie
