My mother-in-law is asking me what she needs to avoid before and during the 24

load test. I think she's been off iodine for 48 hours, but I couldn't remember

anything else she needed to avoid.

I would just avoid supplements with iodine or sea veggies. Be off iodine for 48 hours. You are good to go!
