Salting food for detox and Sea Salt for baths...

I've started getting some detox symptoms in the form of acne on my back, not

something I've had in a decade, so I'm wondering if I can simply heavily salt my

food rather than take the salted water. I added over 1/2 tsp of Himalayan Pink

Salt to my dinner this evening. I only had a very small meal, so in an hour, I

thought I'd have another salty meal and go from there. Or will I find the detox

relief only from the traditional salt loading with water?

Also, I've some hundred pounds or so of white, course sea salt on hand...for

essential oil bath salts I make for my shop. While my customers are thrilled

with my bath salts, I wonder, for myself, if I should be using Celtic or Pink

salt. Those would make the bath salts I sell too expensive for my customers, but

for my own use, should I go with the " good stuff " or am I still getting benefits

from the white sea salt. The brand is Sonoma.

The description says... " Produced in the United States, Sonoma Sea Salt is

evaporated from the waters of the Pacific Ocean. " There's no mention of any

other processing.
