Message to members on Posting from Owner

I see this often and haven't said anything but since it was brought.

1. Messages can be sent to the group by using iodine

2. Make sure that you add a subject matter in the subject line so that others can identify the topic.

3. If the topic morphs into a new topic please change the subject line.

4. Don't use someone elses post to post your own questions. Start a new message with your own subject line / info.

Thank you for helping with this as some messages may be passed by due to the subject and those who feel they do not know about the topic.
