Question on a Multivitamin

I do not see anywhere that one is suggested but I would like to take one to get

the vitamins/minerals that I feel I am missing..

There is 150mcg of Potassium Iodine in the capsule.

I was going to start 1 drop of 2% Lugols.. Will this be too much to start?? I

ask because I have noticed my system is so sensitive.. Thank you! (yes, I am

on the supporting nutrients for iodine :-)

I don't think that extra 150mcg will bother you at all.

That's correct. That is almost nothing. --
