Guest guest
For those that are feeling heart palpitations and/or are suffering from insomnia, and are taking B5, in particular, beware. Unbeknownst to me, I bought 500mg B5 AND a B complex with high doses of B5 in it as well. In reading up further on B5, it appears we're hardly ever deficient in it and if we supplement with it, it shouldn't be any more than 5mg. That's right...5. The data says, if you take high doses you'll have heart palps and insomnia! So, before blaming iodine, look at the b's you're taking and see if that could be the culprit. If anyone here has further or differing info on this, I'm all ears!
