hello,

i have been trying to acquaint myself with the info within the files but where

exactly are there instructions on how to dose iodine? i have hashimoto's and

have horrible dry patches all over my scalp and even worse, cysts form all over.

i have lugol's and am eager to begin but honestly, i'm lost!
