Need help to interpret results (re-post)

I posted this a couple of days ago but never received a response:

I just received my results from Hakala:

24 hr excretion: 36.5

% excretion 24 hr: 73%

Bromide: 20.2mg

Fluoride: 1.14mg

What is good here, what is bad, and what do I do about it?

I have been on usually 2 drops of 2% Lugol's for about a year (except for before

the test). When I've increased it my insomnia problem gets much worse. I am

" controlled " on Synthyroid but have an appointment next week to see about

switching to natural thyroid. I had BC a year ago and have been cleaning up my

diet, etc, including our water filter system has fluoride filters.

I am on all supporting nutrients (+ many more supplements, especially for the

BC) and use Himalayan salt.
