Guest guest
Hi, all - I'm new here, a lurker finally coming out. Cancer (breast and prostate) is very strong in my family and, at 46 yrs old, it's time to get serious about staying healthy. I live in the UK and found a supplier for Lugol's, exercise regularly, eat vegetarian, and have started juicing. I am very grateful for this forum and the chance to ask those more experienced in maintaining and regaining health. I am very healthy now, about 10% over my ideal weight but no major problems. What should I get in terms of baseline tests, and are there other critical supplements I should look into? I want to minimize supplements but lugols's, for example, seems indispensable. Thank you so much, Clare
