Yes, the mag citrate that I take(I know how much to take to avoid

intolerance!)comes in a little bottle and is sold AS a laxative!

But the good news, if you can handle oral mag., is that about 2 tsp. more than

meets the protocol requirement, with no pill popping.

Plus it is at the Dollar Tree!
