Guest guest
Hi everyone, I don't know about anyone else, but since I started Iodine (first in the form of Lugol's and then Iodoral), it seems I can breath very deeply, where before I couldn't. I hear people talking about air hunger and can't say I understand what that is. I am just wondering if my voice being so deep will become clearer once my thyroid has shrunken down in size. I had a scan of my thyroid done and was " a little " enlarged per my endo. Anyway, just wondering if iodine can affect breathing or lung capacity. H.
