Guest guest Posted January 20, 2011 Report Share Posted January 20, 2011 Hi, I just thought I would share and have a question. I started the Iodine and companion nutrients protocol in October 2009. It helped enormously with depressed feelings & thoughts, muscle pain, knee problems and general energy levels. However, my (unearned) weight never shifted. My family eat more than I do and remain slender. I eat all fresh, mainly organic and locally sourced meat and vegetables. I do take care over having a healthy diet and plan meals so I get a broad spectrum of foods. Due to the weight not shifting despite so much effort being made, I lost hope last December and stopped the iodine protocol altogether. In the last week, I became aware that my old symptoms were coming back. So, out came Lugol and Friends. The difference after just two days is noticeable. So, I'm back on the regime.
